I can indeed confirm that personal callers who come equipped with a gold-bound edition are entitled to have my signature encrusted with diamonds on the cover (+ free glass of champagne). There will, I think, be an e-book edition.

Nice one son. Elina – Libraries should be enough. If Chris’s book becomes a standard (or even frequently recommended) text, English speaking universities should mop up the hardback print run, no trouble.

Who buys the hardback copy? Is it just library’s and millionaires (and perhaps close family members?). Same release date yet 350% of the price. Are the covers made of gold? Well done though.
