Some examples missing from your list would be Arizona's Desert Landscapes, and all the new topical ones like Garden of Forking Paths, Certain Doubts, Experimental Philosophy, etc. For links to these and others, consult David Chalmers' very good <a href="http://jamaica.u.arizona.edu/~chalmers/weblogs.html">list of philosophical weblogs</a>. Also, it would be great if you could consider adding my own <a href="http://pixnaps.blogspot.com/">Philosophy, et cetera</a> to the list.
