Call Halliburton

Anyone care to explain href=”http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A24826-2004Jul2.html”>
href=”http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A24826-2004Jul2.html”>this?

Only $366 million has been spent out of the $18.4 billion
President Bush and Congress provided last fall for rebuilding Iraq, the
White House said yesterday.

I know just the company to href=”http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/5333896/”>
href=”http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/5333896/”>burn through a few extra
billion, if they’re looking.

Wow, nice to see my tax money is going to good use, instead of providing health care, helping out the poor, or helping everyone pay for college.
