		<description>Well, I live in Texas&#039;s 10th district, which because of redistricting has no incumbent.  And there is NO Democrat in the race!  There were something like 10 candidates in the Republican primary, and none in the Democratic.I can understand no major party opposition for a long-time incumbent.  But in a new district?But yeah, at least we don&#039;t have DeLay.</description>
