dipnut:

Yes.

It was a bit of cleverness.

Taking a gander at your blog I have to ask if you chose that name to preclude some obnoxious lefty type (moi, perhaps?) from using it to harass the good Perfessor.

As for your primatological research: You may classify me among the bonobos.

That was a fucking great Groucho/Bud Cort story. I hadn't known about their close connection. It also takes the grand prize for the swallowed-something-unique-and-priceless-and-retrieved-it-post-defecation tale (don't have my Stith Thompson handy for the folktale type).

With a hey nonny nonny and a ha cha cha!

Personally I despise the hypocritical Isntapundit...

Was that a typo, a bit of cleverness, or were you talking about me?

Personally I despise the hypocritical Isntapundit, but I must demur. There is no way in which he fits the Usenet/Internets definition of "troll."

Hmm,
I just tried it and the first thing I get is a Rodny Dangerfield film I've never heard of, "Meet Wally Sparks", followed by A Trumone Capote Christmas or something like that. Troll II was there, but a bit down.
