Are we really such a sick society that we would leave a troubled little boy's mental illness untreated just for our entertainment?

"Though eventually Hobbes would of gotten hungry and eaten Calvin, so that’s basically o.k., there’s a whole lot of Calvin in Hobbes anyway."

Ok, now you see, that's funny! Good one, aa. I like fungi's comment in #9; the above video, while darkly humorous I suppose, doesn't have the wicked, surreal, C&H-ish punch which aa's would have had.

Funny, I thought the animation was charming but Trevor's really got me down, what with it being the case and all. Though eventually Hobbes would of gotten hungry and eaten Calvin, so that's basically o.k., there's a whole lot of Calvin in Hobbes anyway. Hoping you are the same.

(Second post in a row.) I just read Trevor's link up there. That's a funny comic. It had me crying out, "no!" and covering my face. The animation just had me staring blankly.

A parody should be funnier than the thing it's parodying. This isn't.

It looked like the kind of video Calvin might've dreamed up. That's a good thing.

Vivian, modesto, winna... huh. So now we know who's been keeping C&H in reruns for the last 10 years.

I thought it was hilarious.

Come on, people. Calvin lived in a fantasy world, and his best friend was a stuffed animal. Get a grip.

I was convinced that C&H was going to end with something like #2 above. Not with the pills, but with Calvin suddenly realizing he liked Suzy, or something like that, and turning around and finding Hobbes remained a stuffed animal even after spoken to. Depressing. Thank goodness it didn't really end that way.

Those Robot Chicken guys are dark, man. I hope they can sleep at night.
