So he only did dark chocolate, as milk would have been a dead giveaway. So if you really want to see if people prefer the mass-produced product, you'll have to find a way to hide tell-tale signs, like nuts, logos and such. (2) Include some fruit or fruit salad to help refresh the guests. That was always my strategy when trying to maximize the consumption of dessert. Yumm. And happy birthday. Of course you could get some Port and some Banyuls and taste test the wines with the chocolate as well.
