An that’s when the dinosaurs attack!

It’s nice to have Fafblog back.

That is all.

I think the pill bug infestation is a result of global warming. And Satan. But mostly global Warming.

Your commenter Susan gives us a great summary of Hillary’s campaign — especially this excerpt:

- when the upstart ni… oops, African American gentleman begins getting more votes than you, dismiss him as just “the black candidate”, like Jesse
- wink-wink-nod-nod to all of the racists out there and make sure they know that if they don’t vote for you that the uppity (I mean elite) scary black man might (gasp) win and become president
- broadly hint that said black man is also a scary MUSLIM by saying, well, he’s not “as far as I know”

I’m trying not to get too excited; after all, fafnir could get eaten by the pillbugs any day now, and then we’d be right back where we started before we had fafblog to show us the light, the error of our ways, et cetera.

But the linked post just isn’t funny, not even remotely.

Way to give away the punchline.

Rea: I know! It’s like a high school reunion, but for blogs.

The interview with Hilary Clinton is even better, I think. Particularly:

“FB: Now, back when your husband was president he cut nine million poor women and children off welfare. But now you’re the candidate of women and poor people and poor workin women. So did you approve of what your husband did at the time, and if not are you going to reverse it as president and give all those poor people their money back?

CLINTON: You know, I wish I could make all those women’s lives better, I really do. But in a way, wouldn’t it help all of them even more if we could just make one woman’s life a whole lot better, and then say it sort of counts towards all those other women who aren’t getting anything? And wouldn’t it be even better-er if that one woman was me?”

This thread seems like a good place to wonder if the CT preview function, like Fafblog, might one day rise from the dead.

“But the linked post just isn’t funny, not even remotely.”

This is ungenerous. Fafnir has built up a lot of funny credits over the span of Fafblog–so we can let an unfunny post or two go by without having the bad taste and ingratitude of pointing them out.

CK Dexter @ 10:
His ‘worst’ is still generally more entertaining than some bloggers’ best.
