Great picture. Zooming in you can see that’s some sort of ferry and wind turbines on the far hills. A beautiful day here as well on the western beaches of Lake Michigan.
I never heard of Marseillan before, so naturally (?) I looked it up. It turns out there are three places called Marseillan. I’d guess this is the coastal one, but that’s excluding the possibility that the body of water something other than the sea, and I’m not sure whether I should do that.
I know it doesn’t affect the merits of the picture, but this is the way my mind works.

The body of water is actually the Etang de Thau, but that gives onto the sea proper.
