I doubt you have to be a Sex and The City fan to appreciate this clip from The Daily Show called “Is American Ready for a Woman President?”, but if you are a SATC fan you are absolutely guaranteed to LOL.

Fantastic. Really well-done.

I was never too fond Samantha Bee’s contributions to the Daily Show, but I think she’s starting to hit her stride. This was easily the best thing she’s done so far, IMHO.

Sex and The City: vacuous halfwits doing non-jobs for too much money and having emotional crises that are always over by the end of the episode.
Next to it, Friends is almost bearable.

I disagree. SATC is an excellent show. It features strong women trying to survive in a society that’s less than forgiving. The writing is top-notch. The dialogue is excellent: witty, penetrating, insightful and playful all at the same time.
Friends is terrible.

Oh, cobblers. Elite women in one of the most comfortable environments in the world. “Struggling to survive” my arse.

SATC is a really fun show, but can I say that the use of “woman” as an adjective is really grating?

Yeah well, mathias, wait til they verb it.

Matthias, it seems to me that that was part of the joke. They called it that, because people refer to it as such.
