I always love these photos. The way you seek out interesting combinations of light and shade is exactly the way I try to look at things, only I never get the right shot. Always absorbing.
I once spent a couple of days walking around Narbonne trying to get a view of the cathedral, but this photo shows about as much of it as I could can see from any place in town. Maybe if you get a few miles away it shows up.

Great shot – the shadow of the arch you can’t see perfectly matches the arch you can see.. Great work, great catch.
