Alright. What region DVD is it (ie will it play on the same system as regular UK DVDs)? And what age group is it for? And do you actually recommend it? All serious questions from a prospective non-nostalgic buyer…
Lately I’ve noticed that comment spam on CT has been getting really bad. Indeed, it seems the spam has managed to secure front-page posting access going on a few weeks now.
There is a nice interview with ‘Irish puppetry legend Eugene Lambert’ on Fustar.org (see link). Fustar offers a comparison for those (like me) that have yet enjoyed ‘Wanderly Wagon’:

OK, sorry you’ve lost me. This is an Irish thing, I take it. Mind you they did release the Clangers on DVD some time ago…this is similar, yeah?

Seems to be Region 2. Crap.
And I’d have to say, no, I would not recommend it to non-nostalgic buyers.
