Very nice…I like it when a photo is as much dependent on form and shadow as on color.

Proper brasserie wall and ceiling color can only be achieved through patient decades of application of Gauloises smoke.

Roland, you are making me conflicted: it won’t be possible anymore due to the smoking interdiction. So, do we ask for a renovation or do we keep the brasserie slowly decaying?

I myself was hoping they would have spend a little mone on the excelsior, as soon as the make-over of the place thiers will be finished. THe excelsior need it…

Chris, any nice pictures of some Ecole de Nancy´s houses or glas pieces?
